Ruchika is a multi-hyphenate creative, spiritual guide, and embodiment facilitator devoted to the art of inner and outer transformation. A certified Spiritual Life & Dharma Coach (Dharma Coaching Institute), trained Shamanic Practitioner and Plant Medicine Integration & Microdosing Practitioner, she blends ancient wisdom with modern tools to support multidimensional healing and expression.

Her journey began in the fashion world, styling for L’Officiel and Style By Ami. Later, she evolved into guest faculty at FAD and ran her own entrepreneurial venture with House of Cookies for over a decade. A passionate mover and music lover, she also facilitated Ecstatic Dance Mumbai, rooting her work in somatic expression and liberation.

Ruchika completed a year-long certification in Psychedelic-Informed Practice, Harm Reduction, and Integration with Vital Psychedelics Training (Psychedelics Today). And foundational plant medicine work with Axis Mundi. She is currently deepening her path as a Cosmic Feminine Facilitator, exploring the divine union of embodiment, energetics, and the path of feminine wisdom.

Through her platform Carepackageforyou, Ruchika offers a nourishing space where creativity, consciousness, and care intersect. Her intuitive sessions weave together practices like Shamanism, Somatics, Astrology, Human Design, Meditation, Journaling, and seasonal attunement. Her work invites deep self-connection, cyclical living, and the integration of feminine and masculine energies.
